If I had enough time and expertise at pulling data from the web, I'd find it fun to look through the 10 most recent mafia games, find the frequency of each word used by VT, town PR, mafia and 3P and then create a spreadsheet to try and guess if they were mafia or town simply based on word use frequencies and then see how horribly inaccurate the results were.

why the early votes? trying to provoke a reaction is what was claimed last time, but this is a lot of votes for the first hour...
@Chaqa, It doesn't actually help town to claim VT. Basically the they goes that PR's are less likely to fake claim VT then actual VT's so the more VT's claim the smaller the pool where there is a higher chance of PR's. Even WIFOM included, more VT's will real claim than PR's.

2. Ghug, your reason for flipping a strong scum read on HR because he wouldn't threaten to 1v1 me as scum isn't a good reason to town read him.

Why didn't HR find it strange I didn't die that night he shot me? From his point of view, he had to know his shot didn't go through, so why would he assume I'm lying about being veteran? It makes much more logical sense if he knew it would get cleared up in a few minutes seeing as something had to stop his shot from killing me.

Also, I was under no pressure at that time, so why would town HR suspect I would fakeclaim at that juncture.

7. @Yoyo - At least been honest on your analisys. Brainbomb called zorclex on his reads, specially the one on me, because zorclex just copied bb´s read on me (and other reads too, something prety obvious as he is a newbie and a scum).

My reads have been shit, this is something I can agree. It´s hard to play this game for the first time as town, as you don´t know on who to trust or what to do. I read a lot of articles about how to play, but theory is a lot diferent from the real thing and also in theory you don´t have to deal with players doing stupid things (like brain´s meltdown and Maniac claims). I confess I don´t have a clue about half of the things that were happening in the game in the first days. I even don´t know that we have one of each PR type in the game, I just got that when HR explained. The only time I really thought I was sure about something (other then linching Jamiet) was that Glen is scum, and it was a big mistake. If all you have to show against me is that I am a poor town, you don´t have much.

I am pretty sure both Mafia teams choose to keep me and Glen (and at some extent Ika) alive until the end just because they know we are the easiest one to manipulate and to lynch in the end, and it´s working, Glen was lynched last day and Yoyo will do his best to get me lynched today and win. If I was really scum, why I would push for Glen lynch instead of Yoyo? If I have changed to Yoyo he could probably have been lynched as Ghug was feeling Glen is inocent because of pizza.

Yoyo- You claimed PR when you are risking being lynched (you are tied with 2 votes, page 101) and pressured about your "secret info", this doesn´t show much of a townie behaviour but a strong will to save your own neck. Also, attracting attention at night when you are the only one that can kill isn´t a big deal, this is a prety lame argument. Seems more like someone that wants to "look" towny.
I didn't claim nothing because I read an article at hte wiki someone indicated that tell that fake claiming as town is a bad idea (http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?tit ... ng_as_Town!).

9. If you lynch me, its 3-1-1. If town aren't already in auto-loss, our last member likely dies tonight, with maf rb'ing the bio. Then its 2-1-1 with us forced to lynch the bio (and have mafia win) or lynch scum (and have bio win). The absolute worst thing to do this phase is to kill me, and anyone advocating for it is either bio or scum.

I'm trying to think of a way in which we win. The only way I can think of is if mafia hits the bio in a NK, and then we lynch mafia. Every other scenario either leads to a mafia win or a bio win.

5 is a trick question. It's actually from a simulator. We all know that Brain is every character in every sim, so the poster is obvious. As to their role, they are a gnome bard, although its unclear if this is actually them or some form of shapeshifter imposter. Finally, we go for extra credit and try to determine the fate of this character. An NPC controlled by Brain? They obviously died at the end of that phase.
