End hammering is a unique situation, to be sure, and often resolved pretty quickly, and in practice does tend to tame a conversation. But I am not sure we've ever agreed that it requires players to clam up immediately. There's often plenty of conversation (including town strategizing) between the end hammer and the actual adjudication.

We do not know if this GM require the end votes to come from people voting on the Fox wagon as as other GMs do require. Day ends when GM says so.

I guess it's not codified anywhere, but it's been how we do Hammers for as long as I can remember. There's typically not a GM absence for long times like this game (mainly due to Kit's timezone).

The pizza thing I remember I think, but don't recall the circumstances.

1. A majority of available votes being placed with the end tag (not necessarily on the same wagon).
2. The GM being online to declare end of phase.

There's a story I heard once about someone driving through a small town, one of those places where there's one main street and everybody knows everybody. A cop pulls him over and tickets him for running a stop sign.

The driver is flustered, "I'm sorry, officer, I didn't see a stop sign."

The game in which I won as scum, when brain and I hammered rivera, we continued posting after the hammer because GM was not around and we were both anxious to know if we had made the right decision or not...

Make sure you save inside of the town clear group (EMC, Xorx, Myself) - Reavers would be silly to target you, teacon, or peter, and if you make a save, we can confirm you as town.
