I think Jack is immune to NKs. But what about 2 mafia from opposing teams?

1. It is possible, if Jack and a Mafia player are the last two, and that Mafia player has no relevant powers, for the game to end with no winner. This is relatively unlikely, but possible.

2. If Jack is the sole survivor, he wins.

3. This is a great question. It cannot be a Jack victory as Jack cannot win if dead. But, is it a Town win thanks to Jekyll, or a Hyde win? I shall consult my co-GM and we will seek to determine the fairest answer. Thanks Vecna for raising this.

I think Jack is immune to NKs. But what about 2 mafia from opposing teams?

Jack is immune to third party NKs. The Mafia can NK him.

If two Mafia from opposing factions are the last two, and neither has any relevant powers (such as Roleblock or a stolen knife or doctor bag etc) then again this would effectively be a draw. This is relatively unlikely, but possible. Players should bear in mind their victory condition and aim to avoid this outcome, of course.
