Okay, PM's have been sent out to all captains and all teams. As soon as I get confirmations from all 16 teams that haven't already done so and answer any questions the captains may have, I'll announce the seedings and get this baby started :)

Alrighty everyone, after a flurry of Sunday activity I have the seedings for the tournament. I did these based on a custom adjusted-GR that I came up with to make sure everyone's skill was appropriately accounted for (hence why it took longer), but these values should be viewed as similar to the overall GR scale.

First we have Group 1, led by the returning champions, Cascadia! Joining them will be Teams East Coast, Iberia, midBest, Netherlands, USA, and East Europe.

Second, we have Group 2, led by the most potent of challengers, Team Greatest Lakes! Joining them will be Teams Great Britain, Kalmar Unionen, British Empire, Commonwealth Secretariat, Poland, and Silicon Valley!

And finally, our third group will be led by Team South! Joining them will be Teams California, Canada, Portuguese Speakers, Oceania, Upper Mississippi, and West Coast.

I wish the best of luck to each and every one of you. Take some time to soak this in. I'll be making the games tonight and handing out the passwords to your team captains (as well as updating the tournament site to reflect these seedings)
