Everyone has access. You quoted one, someone else quoted the other. Leaving them there offers validation to deadposting and compromises the integrity of the game despite the best efforts of the GMs to claim otherwise, but like I said, if the GMs want them back, I'll display them again.

Im still re-reading ISO on xorxes.

He has just enough reads that his equity / net loss to scum is calculable. The only time I caught him red handed was when he was arsonist 3p.

To clarify the mechanics, BB, the Oracle has an optional visit to redirect his power. Presumably, the oracle chose a target at game start, but he may want to move his target as the game progresses.
