I don't believe it reveals who they are in any way, and would have been a good way to have an authorative and anonymous town announcement.

I agree, it's either yuuki/Ike or the role is not in play. There would be no reason for someone not using it, if only to let us know that the role was in play.

I'll defend my calmness with these points;
The post was around out-of-game stuff
At the time of the post the votes were overwhelmingly decided
It's so early in my analytical process that I've got no hardclaim on anyone
Compared to trick or treating with my daughters the post didn't get any of my energy.

What I've done this game is take a lot of notes, and try and do a postmortem on Doc's death... which no one really commented on.
I have done a few other things I learned from last game, but will only highlight them as needed moving forward.

If the traitor is mafia, but doesn't know who else is mafia it would depend. If they see themselves as a good detective, able to weed out the mafia from the townies then they might wait. If they see themselves as newer or bad at the suspect game it would be in their best interest to shoot 'randomly (or at first gut instinct) earlier as the chance of hitting town is higher just by distribution.
