Ok so on Ezio, are we saying he was really just trolling? Is that it? Ah that no actual hammerer would be that silly than to make it so obvious! and yet thats exactly what he did. He said it, he knows what he did, we can all agree this role more than any other has been exposed to everyone and the rules behind it extensively discussed. Heck we are still asking for clarifications on it.

Why are we playing mental gymnastics with Ezio? He hasnt even been on to defend what he said, why are you defending for him? Why cant you just accept the fact that he messed up and messed up hard, AND if he didnt mess up and just wanted to 'cause distruption' which he CLEARLY HAS

Bo caused a disruption too. A whole conversation revolved around him and we know 100% he was town. Saying "Oh he absolutely 100% he has to be scum no alternative explanation" is part of what people mean by you overreacting. It is logical to assume a hammerer wouldn't do this. Am I saying he can't be scum? No, I don't think there's enough to go off of to say one way or the other. I'm just saying this side of the argument isn't the one resorting to "mental gymnastics"

No TrPrado, there was a BIG difference between bosox and ezio.
Bosox did a reaction test which apparently everyone loves here, which is ridiculous but AT LEAST it has some sort of backing
Ezio did not do something anyone here can explain besides trolling, bosox was NOT trolling.
The disruption is not the reason, the reason behind the disruption is the reason
As for the 'oh you say he's 100% mafia, so overreaction!!!' really? So I just have to hedge everything, like mafia do...?

You are assuming he can't change his mind once he sets the rickroll in motion, which may or may not be true. Usually people are allowed to change their minds in PMs to the GM, but this may be different. I'm not even interested enough to make a CALL GM about it, but I guess I must:

##CALL GM: once the Hammerer PMs the GM their intention to hammer the day, are they allowed to change their mind if the hammer has not yet happened, or are they committed?

It's processed like any other order of its type sent in to the GM. If the order is meant to be processed instantaneously (i.e. a shot), then no. If the order is not instantaneous (night actions, etc...), then the issuer has opportunities to adjust their order until it is executed.

Okay so once again my interpretation of mechanics is different than the GMs...

Regardless he said the forbidden words, and if the forbidden words mean ANYTHING its that we should lynch. If we aren't willing to lynch when someone says the forbidden words, when are you going to lynch when they say it? Do they need to gosh dang yell in your face their scum?

Okay, let's break it down.

There are two very distinct kinds of disruption. One that sidelines the game and simply distracts, and there's one that generates very game relevant very enthusiastic conversation that can be looked back at and see how the chips fall. Both bo's disruption and this one fall into the latter category. That's also why when I critiqued bo it was from the point of "you should've let it sit longer" because you want to draw as many people into a conversation as possible. You didn't stop to consider any of that, you jumped on an opportunity without considering where anything might go, and then let that drive you for the next 9 and a half hours. That's an overreaction. I'm not asking you to hedge, I'm asking you to calm down and think.

Either the GM timezone (EST) or the player timezone is fine. As the in-thread announcement would be explicitly titled "Wednesday Frog Announcement", and the original message privately sent to to the GMs, the specifics of this do not matter much.
