Several roles are considered "hostile" to town, namely:
- All mafia roles
- Arsonist
- Assassin
- Chameleon in some circumstances
Lynching any of these would be a "hostile" lynch.

Yeah - it means that not all of the listed roles will be in play, but all of the *possible* roles have been listed.
A "closed" setup wouldn't even tell you which roles were possible.
