That is a 1-in-16 chance of working, and a 15-in-16 chance of outing him as GUAK. I think those are dumb odds for scum to take... And I'm not sure what Vecna is, but in my experience, he's not quite that dumb.

Jamiet's scum play from the last game (my only reference point) was more careful than that. I'm not convinced he would put himself out there like this and draw attention by acting weird.

I'm unconcerned about Vecna right now. He's exposed and will eventually be sorted out. I don't think we gain a ton of information by lynching him today and he's possibly townclear so why even consider it?
