Stalled bot game

I am playing Austria; on 15 centres and on verge of taking two more from Russia

Only other player is France on 17 but no prospect of taking more.

My moves are entered and readied but nothing is happening.

I guess this a stalemate issue, although I think I could take a centre off France for a clean win.

Can this be unblocked?
