The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
emc gives more karma than a Hindu/Buddhist priest.
It might cause inflation of some sort...
EMC come post here and lest us fill your karma bank with +1 love!

Oh... AND +1 me... I have a karma mortgage, my kids need new karma shoes, and I hope to take a (working) karma vacation this year.

Are you proposing +1 quantitative easing to stimulate the webdip forum?

Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
No... quite the contrary. I propose +1 quantitative increase to continue the stimulation of the past actions of EMC... who, while studies MIGHT indicate, has caused some minor inflammatory results... has nonetheless made life in the webDip forum betterer. Karma in every bucket.Tom Bombadil wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:28 pmAre you proposing +1 quantitative easing to stimulate the webdip forum?
Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
I'm a huge fan of this "Universal Karma Income" idea. A rising tide raising all Karma totals.dargorygel wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:34 pmNo... quite the contrary. Several things,
Number 1, EMC needs to post more work because its amazing and deserves the +1s.
Number 2, EMC is an Karma Saint, basically the Mother Teresa of Karma, hes probably 33% of my karma, maybe more
Number 3, Tom has less Karma than me and that's an absolute travesty and I'm not sure what the world has come to that this is the state of affairs we live in.

Everyone is jealous of Tom, because... he dances and sings... and is married to Goldsomething.

Update, I gave Tom over 200 +1's, he now has a good amount more than me, I have single handedly saved the world.

Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
As grateful as I am for e.m.c^42's magnanimous charity I must object to the recent policy decoupling the value of the +1 to the price of gold. I fear that this will lead to a debilitating depreciation in the value of the +1 and in the assets of people dependent upon +1s for their earnings.

Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
We should be able to spend +1's on things and we should have a leader board somewhere....
Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
In other words, I've agonized a good half of the day being unable to come up with a witty pun to maximize benefits lmao
Anyone interested in specific stats?

You know what, you're absolutely right. Imma do that as well, as unofficial PR agent of his wondrous Tales of the Congo, he deserves much more for blessing all of us with the sacred glory of the texts.

I have tried Gold Strike only once in my life... And it did not end well that night lolClaesar wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 8:40 pmI kept thinking about Gold Strike https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_Strike_(drink)dargorygel wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 8:25 pmGoldberry.... that's it... I'm never drinking that again
Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
That's nothing! He's probably at least 90% of my karma. (Maybe only 80%, but it's definitely up there). Thanks EMC.RagingIke297 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 8:17 pmNumber 2, EMC is an Karma Saint, basically the Mother Teresa of Karma, hes probably 33% of my karma, maybe more
I should probably go and +1 all of his posts now. Wait, 1897 posts??? Okay, maybe not all of them...
Re: The Federal Reserve Karma Bank of webDiplomacy
Rip, I went out and started +1'ing his posts before realising they were all on the active mafia game so I wasn't allowed to +1 them yet...
