He came in looking like he was doing scumbo hokey-pokey. I mostly decided that no actual scum would do that and have written him off. Not shocking that some of my top suspects (you, Maniac, Dargo) are on him.

This is becoming overly complex to me, I just can't follow.

I tried to do an ISO on Nepthys but it's giving me a headache. He have been pretty towny with exception of the reaction to Brain's claim and this could mean I was overreacting. I just don't know anymore.

Behaving in a way that seems off and draws attention and is thereby read as scummy, yes. Not necessarily “acting scummy” but being seen that way for play style that draws attention.
