Can you clarify the second part of this, because for phase 1 the confession target was not announced until after the start of phase 2 post, and the correction said that it should have been included with the start of phase 2 post. So, if a target was chosen before the end of phase 1, should the target announcement have been made in a post prior to the start of phase 2 post?
