Yeah let's start the confirmation phase which is actually just nominal. We start on Monday if everyone else is okay. I'm also okay with starting this weekend but the best is Monday. What do everyone think about 17.00 GMT?

Just reread this. Why is there only one vote? Does this mean the team of the vote 'winner' is the game's loser?

What if it is a tie.

Or have I misunderstood?

Hm, when I played it with yavu on discord, we had an odd number of players and it wasn't an issue - but I would guess that the "hidden grudge" part would account for some of the parts, and there would simply be another voting phase if a tie were to occur?

I'd have to get back to yavuz on this, since I only have the flavour doc, and it is essentially what is posted here.

But the win as I understand it depends on who is lynched, yes - if town is lynched, mafia loses, and vice versa.

As e.m.c said, the only lynch determines the winner. In the original game, mafia wins when its tied, but I'm planning to give an extra day if it is tied.
