Could we get the list of semi-finalists? I understand that the tournament rules are anon per game, but the pool of participants was not and should not be? Knowing the pool of participants seems key in any tournament, doesn't it?Similarly to other anon games where you often know which 7 players are involved in a game, without knowing them in the game.

Hey if anyone needs a pause for WDC or DipCon (and is obviously attending the tournament(s)) please let me know asap and you'll get a pause that doesn't eat up on your pause time.

That being said, I don't have mod powers anymore and I haven't been made TD for the second set of round 2 games so I can't even see through anon let alone pause the game for y'all. So if you have any requests concerning those you'll have to message the mods. Thanks guys.

What.. I'm literally running a tournament for the website lol. I'm not copying and pasting links to email you guys while I'm living off a backpack in Eurasia when it'll take you all of 5 seconds to do it. If you don't want to do it, you deal with the requests. If you want to change the rules on how I've been running this tournament midway through the tournament then the least you can do is not make it annoying for me.

Last time I had time to do it myself personally so I used my db access to pull what I needed. Now I've trained other mods on how the tournament tool works and do not have time, or access currently, to the DB to pull the same info. Being a mod or not has no difference on the tournament tool being setup. If you don't have time to find the game ID's please contact the mod email and they can help you find a co-director to aid you while you are away from the tech needed to run the tournament. I don't have the time to help but I just checked and a few of the mods will have time to help you find a co-td.

Hello Everyone,

The moderator team has taken over running the tournament with the help of captainmeme due to the TD and selected co-td not having the time or necessary access to keep up with the games. From here on out, please direct all requests and needs to [email protected]. We have also turned on WFO mode in all the games. Please make sure not to trigger it: delaying a game more than 3 times will result in being replaced in the tournament. We'll have the 2nd set of games in this round up and running shortly.

It's been brought to our attention that R2 games 1-4 have 48 hour deadlines while R2 games 5-8 have 36 hour deadlines. Because games 1-4 have been underway, we are changing games 5-8 to 48 hour deadlines for consistency.

The way I think about it is hey, any time they have that they're using up now, they can't use later. Although it sucks now, I think the pace will speed up afterward.

Has anyone calculated standings for this tournament yet? Someone the second round games have finished up. Kind of curious but also lazy
