I don't see why not. I think the more people who criticise such nonsense, whether it's Trump's haircut, or May's shoes, or Corbyn's hat, or Eric Pickle's girth, the better. Especially when it's being carried by supposedly reliable news sources.

News organizations have a real puzzle to solve - solid journalism vs. clickbait. I think the author was trying to have it both ways here, but it didn't work.

American gun violence is an issue specific to America, whereas attacks against politicians over complete nonsense is rather more universal.

Besides which my argument was not that Europeans shouldn't be allowed to comment, but that their comments wouldn't carry any weight beyond their personal satisfaction (or dissatisfaction, as the case may be).

I think the basic principle is the same but it doesn't really matter I'll leave that stuff in the other thread rather than stalking you around the site.

This has been a standard format for analyzing Trump speeches for interesting lines. However it rarely makes it to 10 statements. Trump usually repeats himself so there isn't that much new material. This time Trump went all over the road with lots of unrelated topics. The guy has no filter to censor himself.

There have been plenty of Trump crimes that he's plea bargained down to avoid a conviction if they had gone to trial. From housing discrimination, Trump U, doing business in Cuba before the embargo was lifted, doing business with organized crime for his casinos, and refusing to pay off contractors doing construction work for his buildings.
