So, Trump decided to sign the universally hated omnibus spending bill that also contains the privacy-breaching Cloud Act on the same day as he announces that he's ordering the Department of Justice to ban bump stocks. SMH. These are not the values that we the people elected Trump to represent. Democracy is dead in America; it's clear that the military-industrial complex runs the country now, and nothing short of a revolution will be able to change that.

He promised increasing infrastructure spending, not military spending. This is clearly the work of the military-industrial complex, and I'd bet my life that it has some dirt on him.

At this point, I don't think it really matters who the President is. The deep state has full control over this country.

I suppose this is one way of coping with the fact that you backed someone who strays from your values but you had projected your own onto him. How did you feel when he said the lack of support for DACA in the bill was a major reason he was considering veto-ing the omnibus?

But Federal policies don't mean nearly as much as people give them credit for. I've been focusing more and more on local and state policies because those impact people day to day.

Ok to be very explicit. In the Swedish language we associate "Brown values" with Mussolini and Franco. Dark brown is an extension of that.
