For what used to be a bipartisan non-political celebration, Trump orders a third world dictatorship style military show of force parade. However because the streets couldn't take the weight, we won't have tanks going down them, including the "new" Sherman tanks that exist only in Trump's imagination since they haven't been made since the Korean Conflict. However stands have been set up especially for Republican donors. The Chiefs of Staff have been ordered to stand next to Trump.
All we need are well wishes from his supporters like Putin and Kim. :)
