Is it worse to be racist or sexist?

My country is very anti-women in general and I'll give you 2 examples:

if a girl breaks up with a guy, the guy will take revenge by beating her or outright killing her. It happens way too often, it's already expected

Cheating. Both men and women cheat like dogs, but when a girl cheats on her guy, she gets beaten (this is a guarantee) and possibly killed. The guy if he cheats is excused and encouraged by our society.

As for racism, locals aren't racist toward blacks, but towards other ethnic groups.
