Norway probably doesn't face the same issues as a lot of Europe is, but I'm sure there are plenty of French and Germans and Swedes who are tired of getting visited by the Truck of Peace and would like to live in a country led by people willing to do something about it.
Healthcare is important and Norway is one of the few successful models of government-heavy healthcare systems, but that's not all to life.

why they are doing well:
1. small community populations that are culturally homogenous can operate better than larger more varied populations
2. a post war massive Scandinavian free market scheme
3. HEAVILY deregulated markets

why they want to leave
1. after a massive sweeping in of social systems, taxes have risen considerably, and now their GDP has been in a 5 year decline
2. their PPP per capita has been on a 3 year decline, and many are thinking they're going through and adjustment phase and soon will match the nordic models of Denmark and Sweden, and it's natural resource endowment that's kept them doing so well for quite a while now
3. they prefer freedom

I admit I'd prefer to live in Norway than the US, but that's more because of crime than anything else. The US healthcare model is a definite negative, but whether that's a major factor would depend on the job I'd have over there.

Something I've always wondered... people praise the Scandinavian countries for their single payer systems, and social consideration. Bernie is always saying "we need to become like the rest of the democratic world"

but... they never mention that MASSIVELY deregulated markets they have over there.
