Fascism is characterised by a few things: Extreme authoritarian nationalism, the belief that liberal democracy is obsolete and that the nation must be mobilised in its entirety (in a strict hierarchy) to deal with military or economic threats.

I am not an authoritarian. In fact i'm quite fiercely anti-authoritarian.
I do not believe that liberal democracy is obsolete, but it has been supplanted by corrupt corporate cronyism.
I don't believe the planned economy that characterises communist or fascist states to be the best economic model.

Are Facists really that planned economic models? can we even find a real Fascist, or for that matter Communist state? I guess North Korea to some extent can serve as an example of one. However, Germany and Italy of the 20-40s are not good examples of Fascist economics. Maybe Spain?

Hitler was all over the place with Economics, and viewed them 100% secondary to everything His view of Socialism was about people, never about Economics, and is quoted several times, and believed in Social Darwism was how you weeded things out.

So, I will disagree that Fascism/National Socialists are planned economies since both examples we have, neither practiced that.

True, by a strict definition of fascist as "supporting fascism." However, people often use the term "fascist" to mean "dictatorial" or "autocratic," both of which are slightly different terms which essentially mean the same thing, a person who is for an autocratic regime. Which, well, given the number of times Trump has simply ordered something done without congressional approval only for federal judges to find it unconstitutional, even all the way up to the supreme court, one can see a pattern of autocratic behavior. Not to mention Trump's open praise of Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-Un, both established autocrats with a well-documented history of dictatorial behavior. I'll admit, the Kim Jong-Un example could be a little misleading, what with Trump calling him "little rocket man" nearly a year ago, but then calling him "honorable" not more than a few days ago.

Either Trump is hugely inconsistent, which makes me very worried, or he lied either the time he praised/insulted Kim Jong-Un... which makes me similarly worried.

Not at all. I genuinely believe most US Presidents thought they were at least helping some amount of Americans be more prosperous, even if misguided or shitty.

trump is probably the first that has blatantly branded the presidency with his own personal brand and straight up funneled money into his own companies.
