How to get picked for the Supreme Court

Tell the most litigated President that he shouldn't have to deal with lawsuits especially those for acts before he became president. This over turns the Supreme Court decision that Pres. Clinton could be sued in the Paula Jones case.
Trump's selection was announced the same day that his driver is suing him for unpaid overtime and failure to meet New York state laws to file hourly wage information on amounts worked.

Re: How to get picked for the Supreme Court
Can anyone explain to me why such an obviously flawed and corrupt system has been allowed to continue all this time? You kinda expect the likes of Trump to manipulate it to their advantage, and he seems to be doing so exceptionally well, but if we're supposed to believe his predecessors are somehow more worthy of office why on earth did none of them do anything about this ludicrous system?

Ugh, finally someone posts on this forum but it’s the most boring subject. Kennedy gave Trump a list of people he thought were suitable replacements for him before he decided the time was right to retire, and Trump felt the only person on that list conservative enough to nominate was Kavanaugh.

McConnell gave Trump a list of picks least likely to not get voted in if Republicans fail to vote in the Senate.

It could have been a lot worse for you liberals. Kavanaugh was the appeals court judge who saved Obamacare.

Kavanaugh confirmed to the Supreme Court after a flawed and limited additional FBI background investigation. For anyone that thinks background investigations and polygraph testing are reliable, then take a moment to think about all the military and intelligence members that were later shown to be selling information to the Russians, Chinese, and other foreign countries that all had to pass security background checks and regular polygraph testing.

Wow... only two politics posts in the last fortnight during some of the most politically interesting times you could imagine. Politics on webDip is truly dead. My congratulations to the site leadership for a beautifully executed strategy.
