In senate news:

Mark Kelly looking strong in Arizona, though I haven't seen it called yet.
Most of the Arizona media have called Kelly as the winner. McSally backing Trump's health care and Medicare funding cuts pretty much killed her chances in a state with lots of angry senior citizens. Even with the Republicans making it harder for them to vote for the last decade.
This is good news. It suggests that in a deep red state, people can still vote their interests. I'm sure the results in Arizona will cause more than one Republican pause, even if just for a moment.

The result has also made sweating PA/GA/NC much easier for me. :)
Indeed. AZ and NE-02 make life a lot less scary.

Decision Desk HQ has called the election for Biden. I would expect more networks will start calling it for Biden soon.

Biden's going to win. The question is what happens then? Did you see Trump's car crash press speech? He looked like a tired, confused old man, really losing the plot. He told so many lies all the TV networks had to issue disclaimers or, in several cases, they just cut away from the footage of Trump speaking.

Yes, Trump is nuts. He isn't facing reality...and at least toning down the rhetoric. I am concerned there will be violence. Here is a Trump surrogate, Vernon Jones, next to Don Jr talking about shooting Biden supporters:

Alex Jones with armed Trump supporters in Texas "You ain't stealing s***":

We have had "Stop the count" Trump protesters in PA while in AZ we have "Count the vote" Trump protesters. I wish they would make up their mind...

Surely that is 'terrorists', unless the people with guns, planning to use violence for political ends, happen to be white?

In the USA's Electoral College there are occasional "Faithless Electors", e.g.: An elector pledged to a major party candidate who instead cast one ballot for a third party candidate who'd protested Dakota Oil Pipeline construction.

The Supreme Court decided it based on 2016 Colorado elector defying the choice made by the voters. So electors in most states have to vote for the candidate they agreed to support when chosen.

However a faithless state government can vote to overturn the certified popular vote as Trump is pushing in Pennsylvania.

I get the feeling a lot of faithless electors choose to vote the way they do with knowledge that they aren't changing the outcome

Trump and his supporters do really shame the whole country in front of the outside world giving America a bad reputation. 3rd World type of democracy that I would expect from counties like Zimbawe, not USA

Make America loose it all again!

MALIAA!

A long time ago, in a galaxy far away, there was a country, where a looser of an election made a highly civilised and beautiful consession speech.

It really is nuts at the moment. A police officer in Alabama said that Biden voters need to be lined up and put a bullet in their skull for treason:

Hopefully, the Democrats will learn how to pick better Presidential candidates.
And hopefully also the republicans learn how to pick a sane, mature and not obsessive lying candidate.

Is this not the core of the problem? How TF was it possible in the first place to put Trump on the republican ticket? Something is clearly rotten here how things work over there.

Niece not nice.

Very good interview, make some wonder will his administration finally be forced to remove Trump as unable to do the job.
