Poor DrFidelis. I assume that Will assigned dargorygel to be everyone's target, so now everyone will be going after the good doctor.

A decision has been made by the CCP-USA congress to disallow copy-pasting any private messages in game.
Those who have already done so are fine, because the decision to ban this was made recently.
Any further offenses after this message has been posted will receive a warning at the first offense, and a potential substitution at the second offecse

那些已经这样做的人没问题，因为禁止这样做的决定是最近做出的。

Just to be clear, are we still ok to discuss private messages with one another if there's no copy-paste? (e.g. France goes to Russia and says "Egypt told me X")

If the pause lasts too long, we can ask darg to replace the missing player. For now, I have my unpause vote in and I suggest everyone enters theirs.
