New Years Gunboat

Anyone want to jump into a gunboat game? Other than 50h phases, I'm happy with any other settings, depending on what others want.
Newish players are welcome, but only if you are confident you can commit to the game.

My reliability is low because I had a unique situation regarding my ability to have a computer to actually play diplomacy on. As such, I'd lose access to a computer every so often. This meant I had no choice but to NMR. I also, as an early player a year ago, let a few bot games run down, because I couldn't get games to cancel or draw and didn't want to play them through. I will say, however, that despite my reliability being low, I have not missed a move since the last time I lost computer access, (June) and for the foreseeable future I will have access, so I will not miss any turns in this game.
