Relaxing game for people with busy lives

Lately I've found I have too little time to play most games properly, so I set up a classic game with a 7 day phase. It's anonymous with hidden draw votes, but otherwise it's full press.
I set a 30 point bet and 90% reliability rating to raise the bar somewhat, without making it too exclusive. That should ensure everybody who plays will have a decent fundamental knowledge of the game, but you don't need to be an expert.
The goal is to have a nice relaxing game, mostly played over the weekend or whenever you have free time during the course of a week.
