Hey all, just signed up to the website and although I've played Diplomacy in real life the game joining is a little intense on this website so hopefully someone looking for more players can pull me in =) I'm in Australia for time zones and have plenty of free time at the moment given everything going on

Did you try the Search feature of this site? It should not be too difficult to find a game to join... i just did a search, for publicly joinable games with a phase duration of 12 hours or more, and atm there are 30 games waiting for someone to sign up - if you look for the Classic variant only there still are 12.
Just choose one, or more, and drop in!

I noticed you instead joined a game with phases of 30 minutes. Keep in mind that this game may take 12 consecutive hours. Or more, if people refuse to end it there.

Oh man thanks for the save on that....I dunno what I misread or misclicked but I'm pretty sure I searched phase time between 1 day and 1 and a half...either way that was not the plan at all so cheers
