2 excused missed turns! This game will still be going next year...
I strongly recommend only creating chaos games with 0 excused missed turns.

Thanks for the feedback. I will take that into account next time. I've been struggling to join a chaos game so this is my first attempt at creating one.

I would bail on this one and try again. Having even 1 excused turn just totally ruins Chaos, I can't imagine 2.
