That is fair. I hadn't missed a move before a storm knocked my power out last night. I think I am still above 80, if not I will bow out

Wait-for-orders means the phase will not process if one (or more) players haven't entered orders yet. It just automatically pauses the game instead. While it sounds lovely to prevent NMRs, we've had a lot of problems in the past with people holding games hostage by not entering orders. That's why it's not a standard option.

I thought it was obnoxious enough when people ran the clock on orders all the way repeatedly in the tourney, even on retreat phases when there was literally no choice but one specific order.
i mgiht watch the games though :)
