It's looking like we may imminently need a sub for either or both a general and diplomat. The Austrian diplomat hasn't been heard from in a bit, so it seems fair to let this be their excused missed turn and open it up for a replacement if they don't make it back by the next deadline.

Also, as a newly promoted General, one favor I'd like to ask *all* the diplomats is to put the current turn phase in their messages going forward. I was rereading the thread and it wasn't always obvious what messages were sent when.

Also, I've voted unpause and am ready to start whenever.

I would say no, as though the impact could be low, it would still an influence on the negotiations, which is against the spirit of how this game is set up.

i have different opinions on this . as general , every general should ensure that he has full knowledge whats EVERY OTHER DIPLOMAT is doing .

for this , all generals or atleast 50% general give should +1 to ensure us that this is NOT JUST A SIMPLE GUN BOAT MATCH

I agree with the idea... but the way this game began would not allow for that. I would advise 100% agreement before making any such changes. I leave it up to the game organizer whether to even attempt the process.
