Private games?

The rules state that "You cannot play a public game with players that you know outside of the site." This is understandable, but is it possible to play a private game using this site, for example, solely with a group of friends?
The search function on the Forum is not working so I was unable to discover if this question has been asked before.

Yes, you can, just start a passworded game, and send your friends the link and the password.
