Hey guys, quick question. Can a fleet in Norway support Bothnia into StPete? Not quite sure given the double coast thing, and I don’t want to enter orders and find out it’s illegal.

Yes. "The province that a unit is providing support to must be one that the supporting unit could have legally moved to during that turn."
Since a fleet in Norway can legally move into the PROVINCE of StPete, it therefore can support a move into the PROVINCE of StPete even if the move is from Bothnia to StPete's south coast.
