I kind of suck at the game, and keep losing points. What happens if I lose all of them? Is there a way to buy more or something?
You can regain points once you hit 0 I believe. but not sure if that's still true

I don't think you can drop below 100 total (including in-play). If you lose games, and it would put you below 100, your total resets.
