The longing never be fulfilled for a :points: mug gnaws at the heart each holiday season.

Haha sorry we should do it again some time, totally forgot about it this year.

To be honest.. as is typical with such things.. the effort involved in getting the board games and mugs to everyone was more than you would expect. In the end darg very kindly forwarded a bunch to people internationally himself.

But it was fun, and the mug I got as a sample is still my fave mug, hasn't faded etc.

December 2025 is webDip's 20th anniversary so we'll mark the occasion in some way or other.

That's unfortunately true. I always feel impostor syndrome for having more than 100 :points:
But it puts a smile on people's faces, and points are not a very good determinant of skill anyway, so I support the giveaways.

That effort is greatly appreciated! The mug I got is, similarly, still my favorite mug, and the game y'all sent has been put to at least some use at college, which is better than I can say for most of my other games. I am still deeply grateful to y'all.

In my many years on the site - this is still the biggest faux paux ;-) 2nd being the lack of insight and training and understanding of the game that the diplomacy community gave to the to creator of the bots but it is what it is.
