Yes and no, it's related in the same way vDiplomacy and webdiplomacy.it are related. They all use the open source code base as the building blocks of their site and then make adjustments as they see fit.

We have had quite a few volunteers, but we are still looking for more. If you have interest and some time to dedicate to webDiplomacy, please speak up and email us! You do not have to be a forum regular to be a moderator.
