So, as possible birthplaces we have (using 1966-1987 borders):
-Ireland
-Switzerland (part)
-Liechtenstein
-Austria (part)
-Hungary (part)
-Czechoslovakia
-Poland
-Romania (part)
-the Soviet Union (part)
-Sweden
-Finland
-Svalbard and Jan Mayen, since they're not on the map despite being part of Norway
-maybe some other small islands that aren't on the map, hence the QM's hesitation

I assume East Germany and West Berlin have been eliminated due to being included within "Germany".

Also apparently tiny slivers of Italy, and not the RSFSR within the Soviet Union now that Russia is eliminated

I thought of that as well, but Italy is out due to being dark blue.

I posted that list before I saw the Russia question, but it's still true that part of the Soviet Union is still possible (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, most of Ukraine, most of European Kazakhstan).

No. I know this goes against the order the questions were asked in, but Skarsgård did win an Emmy. Since you kindly refunded my free guess (that wasn't clearly marked as conditional) last game, I will return the favor.

We will take (according to Wikipedia) 55°40′34″N 12°34′06″E as Copenhagen's coordinates.

Yes.

That leaves:

-Ireland
-Switzerland (part)
-Liechtenstein
-Austria (part)
-Czechoslovakia (very small part)
-the Soviet Union (Estonia, Latvia, part of Lithuania)
-Sweden (almost all)
-Finland
-Svalbard and Jan Mayen, since they're not on the map despite being part of Norway
-maybe some other small islands that aren't on the map, hence the QM's hesitation

Interesting, I thought that this was a wasted question. Clearly I was wrong!
