A clarification because I don’t want this game to turn on this: there are one or more photos of this person online that purport to be original color photographs. I can’t verify if all of them are; at least one on google that was supposedly an original color was actually colorized. It seems likely based on a few facts that at least some color photos of this person exist, but I do not have the ability or capability to authenticate each picture.

That sounds very reasonable. also: does general mean strictly a title containing the word general, or would field marshals count (wikipedia of WW2 generals lists multiple german field marshals)?
