I hope this is clear (and maybe shows my slightly old-fashioned view of how the internet works). For example, I would classify Google and Facebook (now Meta?) as "primarily websites", but Apple (phones and other hardware) and Microsoft (primarily software) as not "primarily websites". Services that are mostly accessed through the internet (such as Netflix) probably go in the first bucket.
