As a result of the Refugee amendment to the Alpine rulebook expansion (3rd ed.), an existing unit in Switzerland must accept a retreating force into Swiss territory if the headcount of said force is either a multiple of 7 or a prime number, but not both. (After the official headcount was completed and a sum of money mysteriously came into the counting official's possession, it was concluded that this is indeed the case.) Thus, it appears that my existing unit must consent to the building of an additional bunker in Switzerland.

Kakarroto, this provides us with a prime opportunity to convert our forces in Switzerland into a single DoubleArmy, of which we would have joint control. Would you be in favour of this proposal?

Sensing a great threat to their standing in Europe, the delegations of the Netherlands and Sweden spend their political power to amend the rulebook. Now, the 2024 Swederland edition notes that whilst a unit can retreat and join forces to form the fabled DoubleArmy®, they are charged landowning taxes to an independent third party (myself) for wherever they stand, assuming they are below elevations of 17,487ft. Given the fact that this seems to be the case for most of Switzerland, I think this may bankrupt you both... tread carefully
