Then I look back at brain's "I think sweet is town this game."

Why would that ping me funny?
And I say that as having been a fairly staunch believer in Brain being town.

I have a D&D session from 12 to 5 so it is likely I will miss EOD, but I should be able to at least shift my vote once or twice in that time during breaks.

This is where I'm at right now.

Ideal vote
bozotheclown

Would vote today if the alternative is worse
dargorygel

Hamilton Brian
ghug

Will not vote today

I basically entirely agree with this list if you swap ghug and bozo and food for chaqa, but I still have bad vibes from chaqa.

How much of our reads is based simply on the original ( qhich i agreed with) premise that scum would have stayed off GF?

There's a faur bit of townie behavior among that list. Bozo, for instance has wo strikes... that list, and some abence. But he has neen town Bozo the whole time. Even when hecis blind and robo.

Ghug's performance has declined from beginning to end. The biggeat moment though was keeping the shenanigans hoing beyond what town ghug would do.
Do you think that's beyond what ghug would do? I think ghug and brain would extend the entire thing until the EOD. I think it's a reaction test and food got caught up in it. Does it size up as town-influenced or mafia-influenced is the question. You're seeing it as more mafia-influenced?

What's the timetable on town rolling with that play? Is there a sensible endpoint?

Does this set up a Food-Ghug pairing?
Yeah... I don't think he would keep going. I also dont think brain was a part. And I think, if it's true, that ghug just grabbed the opportunity. He stopped when the room felt ready to him for it to be done.

I disagree with ghug that chaos is good for town. I actually don't think he really believes that either, despite his claim.

I don't see it as theater WITH foods though

It could be ham, i agree. But its not me, and I don't see it being bozo.
What are your present thoughts on ghug and chaqa?
I don't think it's ghug based on what he said about sweet and his D1 votes being all over the shop.

Chaqa may have bussed at T-2 when the writing was on the wall. If so maybe Chaqa-Ham or is he going for max town credit by bussing teammate Bozo to again be last scum hero? It's certainly within his range. What puts me off is is flare up with brain D1 which looks unscumlike.

I'd prefer to flip Bozo and Ham first.

Damo scumreads seem like a path of opportunity rather than a path of resolution. i have yet to agree with a single scumread of his
That doesn't worry me in the slightest. In fact it gives me more confidence!

same reason I excluded brain. I think they are town.
i was excluded from being a sweet and cool busser. This is good to know- mainly in that I am somehow credited with helping kill sweet despite calling him town up to the end and only briefly ever saying he could be scum
Weird.
He meant 'non-voter' not 'busser'.

Because I don't rate brain's opinions. He scumreads everyone at some stage which ensures he's right.

It’s interesting that brain has been wholly fixated on me and Will for like 100 hours and now he makes a vote for ghug but also starts sussing damo. Maybe scum!brain readying cover if scum!ghug goes down but realizing maybe food and will not strong targets for miskills.

No I just meant, analyzing your own situation and claiming credit. I don’t care what anyone thinks of their own play and I don’t expect anyone to give me credit based on analysis of myself.

Do you think he’s scum reading as widely as he usually does? To me brain feels extremely constricted relative to normal.

Also I know everyone thinks I’m crazy for how I responded to the brain-ghug cop theatre but outing the cop is a really really legit strategy for scum to have a chance to win, given the RB is factional and not role based. If they can find the cop they can deny townclears and guilty scans and bring it all down to gameplay. And look how everyone accepts their behaviour as townie. It sounds like that was a safe play to try to out the cop.

Okay you’re right. By VCA is not so bad, i really think the amount of breath expended is a diff story. Brain unlikely a vote target anyway.

Not that you give a shit about what I think but with only 2 mafia remaining; outing the cop in a 1:1 trade would be a net negative concept. Not saying I wouldnt take that risk if I felt like we as a mafia team were gonna lose - as ive done that plenty of times.

If the roleblock claim is true you would be instantly locked in a battle of me vs you and I would be fully aware of that going into it.

If thats the case ghug joining me would actually hurt that type of play in every scenario.

I actually was thinking exactly that and it was bugging me but then I realized this kind of shenanigans is considered pro town behaviour so I am not so sure about that. It also depends on how scum consider their chances after losing the GF.

And I do care about what you think and say, but it is a game about finding scum.

Like imagine it getting outed and scum getting an advantage but then it seems you or ghug, if you are scum and this was your ploy, would be able to be like “jeez guys take a joke eh?”
