I am really stumped here. We are looking for a male American comedic actor who is:

- Not Jewish

- Not primarily known for movies (so I am guessing is probably known for television / series)
- Did not star in a top-100 grossing movie
- Not nominated for Best Actor Oscar
- But given all of the above: famous enough to have been impersonated on SNL
- Born before 07/07/1976
- Born in the USA, but not in California, New York City, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Miami, Philly, Atlanta, DC, or Phoenix
- If he is a white man, then he has never been a cast member of or guest-hosted Saturday Night Live, and was born after November 21, 1968.

I went through Wikipedia lists of famous people born in 1968 - 1976, and couldn't find anyone who checks every box above (and was, in my opinion, sufficiently famous enough). I'm guessing, then, we're looking for someone non-white born in or before 1968, but I don't think I'm going to come up with anyone. My hat is off to Jamiet for picking a good challenge.

I didn't do research here, but I definitely thought that we were supposed to look for an impersonation of the actor by the SNL cast, not the actor impersonating something on SNL.
