Pyxxy was killed overnight. Probably by the Mafia.

The Mafia have shortened today to 24 hours.

Worcej claims a guilty cop scan on Foxcastle.

Everyone votes for Foxcastle.

Foxcastle proclaims his innocence.

There is some speculation about a driver being used to frame Foxcastle.

We wonder why Worcej was not jailed.

We speculate about Foxcastle's team mates. President Eden is very sure one of them is Dousing. I think one of them might be BunnyGo.

Foxcastle remains the favoured wagon.

well yea theres a very high probability we still lose this game because mafia has someone well positioned and theres more scummy loooking villagers to fill out the miskill numbers.thats fairly standard and yea I am paranoid that we could lose the game and all this will be a waste of time

I have not read the thread since I posted last. After taking a long break from mafia, and then getting run out on D1 last game and now this, I'm having trouble mustering the motivation.

My best guess at scum is:

Worcej
Eden
Bona
Kak

I think that after Worcej got to the scum chat last night, they realized that he wasn't going to be able to maintain the PR facade for very long and decided to go out with a bang and hopefully out a PR on the way. I had initially thought that Worcej had the suicide bomb (what a way to go), but now I see that after I flip town there's going to be a lot of "oh, it must have been the driver! I'm sowwy" So eventually the real Navigator may need to claim.

I suppose there is some chance that it was the driver. If worcej is actually a PR, then my next guesses are ghug, haze, and sweet.

I think D1 was TvT, and I think when that happens, scum tend to distribute themselves rather than clumping on the top wagons. I'm sure other people have their own ideas about how to do VCA/etc, but I'm trying to leave helpful advice.

I also recommend occasionally flipping all your reads: scum are motivated to look as towny as possible, and it's naive to think that some of them haven't fooled you.

I am unlikely to spend my day keeping up with the thread, but if you want to question me, I will try to come back in the afternoon and will search the bot for "Call Foxcastle" if you want to tag questions with that.

This is someone I struggle to read. I had them as town at one point because I liked some of their posts but I see a few people keep saying they townread rivera and maybe we can discuss what his town attributes are; what is giving you (a rivera supporter) the impression he is town here

morning yall. It seems like nothing important has happened since I last came judging by the last page and the page I left off on.

With two claimed and outted PRs and two dead VTs you would think we would all feel like were losing but because weve all been in so much worse situations this actually feels more like scum is in shambles

I'd really like to feel like this is one of those games where we can clear half the players over a mechanical fuckup but my gut says we're not there.

I think this works for me because I'm pretty risk averse but I think there are ways where I get overruled and some people are more risk tolerant in general so I'm not a fan of using this logic.

And I feel a bit offended Eden didn't apply the same logic to me, he thinks I will agree with that play.

I can understand people's ordinary behavior and I can be new. I know how Jamiet and Bona act. And if they were to behave differently from last game, that still wouldn't mean much in a vacuum.

I can't read Fox and promised I won't vote him D1 again after miskilling him D1 last game.

And maybe rivera using this excuse makes sense for town rivera, and is perhaps just a bit too convenient if rivera was mafia here. Anyone have a thought?

I have some flip flopping on my read on Fox, and I pressure Jamie into doing a more detailed review of fox.

Fox and pyxxy voting me seemed pretty lazy. Like lazier than not posting for a whole day.

@Fox, since you asked: I took a bit of a hiatus and have played 3 games since I've been back. Town in all of them (PR in at least one). Was speedwagoned at the end of D1 in 2 of them. One while driving my kid to soccer...that one hurt.

This is the quote that falls under either being really unfortunate for bunny, or bunny is actually just scum with fox. Telling me that the towniest thing ive done is changing my mind on someone (who we now know to be mafia most likely), seems like something a mafia would say at seeing their teammate be unvoted.

Fox is a danger slot for me. Nothing had been incredibly pingy there, but I also think that could be a wolf on the sidelines just partying away. Again, don't like the late voting if Bozo's wagon was really the only viable one. Was Fox's vote necessary or was he trying to fit in with the crowd?

This seemed to me like something someone would be more likely to say to a mafia teammate. Was this a serious attempt to dissuade Kakarroto from continuing making the kind of posts you were objecting to?

I do not think I agree with Bozo's take on this. It appeared like Foxcastle found Kak's huge, obviously pre-prepared wallpost annoying (as I did, and as Sweetandcool, Ghug, and BunnyGo also did, to judge from the +1s given to Foxcastle's original comment). I do not see this as a likely interaction between scum!fox and scum!kak, which is what Bozo thought it was. Foxcastle is an experienced player and I don't see why an experienced player would feel the need to immediately intervene to police a team-mate's posting style.

Xcution post seems like he sort of forced in a late opinion on fox, which maybe is scummy. Although the grounds for why he finds fox scummy do seem to be a valid talking point.

I think you're being slightly kind to me here, but I'm not sure.... Do you have an opinion on Bozo's theory? I concluded that Bozo was wrong to read the Fox / Kak interaction as scum!fox addressing scum!kak. However since I posted that analysis, Fox has been flagged as likely scum by Worcej's scan. So, could Bozo have been on to something?
