If the governor could have stopped an elimination, 2-1 with the governor remaining would have been a town loss. It seems unlikely the mafia would have 2 roles capable of that.

If the governor role is really that powerful, I doubt HB would have been bussing worcej D2. That makes rdrivera more likely to be the last mafia in my opinion.
