Rules

ZEROTH RULE:
Not sure how familiar you are with this person, so I will not count questions with "yes" or ambiguous answers as "questions".
Oh dear, did I just make the game easier for you? Let's take five "questions" off your total. Now it's a game of Fifteen Questions, or rather Fifteen "No"-answers.

1. Only yes/no objective questions may be asked.
2. If the answer is unclear, question master must clarify why.
3. One guess per person does not count against the total, but additional guesses by the same person do. After all 15 questions are up, three total guesses are allowed regardless of whether guesser has previously guessed, with one free guess per person who hasn't previously guessed. There is a 72 hour time limit from the answer to Q15.
4. Please choose persons real or fictional that are not horribly obscure. No repeats.
5. Whoever guesses correctly takes over from the previous question master. If they do not want to do it, they may choose who to pass the duty onto or just give it to the first volunteer.
6. If the question master remains undefeated three times in a row, on the third time they must either pass it to a person of their choice, or the first volunteer takes over.

GO!

I suggest we ask lots of questions to which the answer is most likely "Yes", and avoid 50/50 questions. If we do get a "No" answer, it should give us a lot of information.

I am tempted to ask if this person was born outside of the Netherlands, and then outside of Belgium, outside of France, etc.... but that would make the game a bit boring I suppose.

So I will make it slightly more interesting and ask if this person was born outside of the US.

Yes, born outside the US.

Not made of molecules (is a fictional character).
I'm not counting that as a question don't worry.

Do they feature in a story with more than two dwellings?

Just musing... not an official question

Are they in a story with multiple atories? Meaning are there more than one tale... like richard sharp, or sherlock holmes, as opposed to bob cratchit?
