Interesting list, with some surprises. Egocentric as I am... i considered suggesting Dennis the Menace. I had no idea it was Brit, or is it just a similar title to an American super villain? At any rate author if the murican form, Hank Ketchums, is from my home town...

But my guess is Andy Capp.

Whilst the British Dennis the Menace is clearly better than the weird American child, I don't think I will be expelled from the Dennis the Menace fan club for saying Rodger the Dodger was clearly the best character... and an example to Diplomacy players everywhere

maybe I've overlooked something in haste, but as I grew up in the countryside near Vienna and TV/Internet were mostly centered on german or US things, and then I had a japanese phase, I'm mostly unfamiliar with what I've seen on that page (well save the Sonic and Star Wars entry but I believe both didn't origin in GB ...).
