Dentist isn't a real role.
The "weak" modifier means that if the player visits Mafia, they die. Such a Fruit Bendor would therefore be a somewhat vulnerable investigative role.
The "unaware" modifier means the player doesn't know they have the power, so N1 would be full of people trying to take shots without knowing if they had a gun or not.
Giving Mafia 2x bulletproofs would make the Mafia stupidly overpowered because the Vig shots could not kill those two people and would be much more likely to kill town.
Nobody should run this setup.
