Does he appear in a movie or show that is on this list:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?&genres=sci_fi

??
I love this question! It's so objective!

Just to be sure, the link you sent me directed me to a list of the "Top 50 Sci-Fi Movies and TV Shows," but there is also a link to go to next, which apparently takes me to 227,153 additional titles. You are asking if this character appears in one of the works on the top 50 of this list, right?

To keep us moving, I interpret your question as asking whether this character appears in a movie or show that is on the "Top 50" list to which you linked, and asks nothing about the thousands of additional pages. The answer is:

No

Yeah that was the question I was asking, just the top 50.

Useful answer, thank you.

Okay fine, I’ll give you 33 more hours. But please forget what I said about who the person is.

I’ve never been more calm.

Was this character's media presence primarily produced in the UK?

I want to answer your question. I really do. I'm not totally sure what you're asking. It may help if you rephrase, or give me some examples of some characters that would get a "yes" and some characters that would get a "no."

I'm sorry if I'm being too formalistic or lawyerly about questions, but I think it's important that everyone understands what a "yes" or a "no" actually means for each questions, and what the answers exclude, or else its just a big bowl of subjective mush.

Thank you, your balkiness, for balking... i supposed that my question befan in my biceptual mind as, "is this a brit show?" But i wanted to make it sound more high falutin'. So i rephrased it. Postman Pat, or Doctor Who, or the original Office, or Monte Python would be Brit.
..

Got it. And you are asking about the location of creation of the (1) first work in which this character was conceived? Or (2) total works? Or (3) primary work this character is known for?

I’ll tell you what, no matter which of the options you choose above, the answer is “No.”

Not a Brit thing.

Clarification query: If the answer to all three options would have been "no", why all the bloviating?

You could just have said "no".

It’s important to make sure all questions are well-understood and objective. Every answer excludes some characters and does not exclude other characters. I am trying to make the lines of exclusion crystal clear by making sure the questions are objective and well-understood.

And if I only tried to clear up distinctions that matter, then the path to finding the correct person would be paved with asking ambiguous and subjective questions, rather than asking clear and objective questions.

Also, I am a lawyer and I am physically attracted to fussing over insignificant details and words.

(And if I just said “No,” then people would ask me later to clarify what I thought the ambiguous question meant, whether the ambiguity were significant or not.)
