Fred Savage is another that fits the bill, but I'm also unclear how strong his Tiger Beat connection is.

There's a lot of "teen beat" stuff that shows up for him. Even with the definition of "primarily" (I think) I don't see him primarily known for acting in comedies, IMHO.

Thought about Kirk Cameron, but couldn't find an animation credit?

I also dismissed Kirk Cameron for not having a voice acting credit, yeah.

Rick Schroder didn't act in 2022.

Michael J Fox was 21 when he rose to fame on _Family Ties_.

Gary "whatchutalkinboutwillis" Coleman died in 2010.

Corey Feldman has a vo credit and an acting credit in 2022... but again not sure about tiger beat and comedies... and not really TV series?

Yes.

_Home Improvement_ kids are all too young, as is Ben Savage.

Will Friedle is the right age and did _Boy Meets World_ and comes up I'm the tiger beat googles but has way too many VO credits.

Since Sheen was mentioned, I looked at Jon Cryer. He has the vo credit, and of course _2 and a half Men_ (comedy tv series) and is the right age, but he was 21 when he did _Pretty in Pink_ in 86 which was arguably his breakout role... and I don't see a 2022 acting credit.
