The number with all 4 Bs is 15!21C11 = 15!21C10 but to have 4 consecutive Bs this reduces to 12*4!*11!21C10.

So, our probability is 12*4!*11!*21C10/15!25C10 =

12*12*11 / 15*14*25*23*22 = or about 0.06% or about 1676 to 1
