Right, I'm using "primarily" to avoid the "did he compose three things as a teenager and then never do it again, but technically he was a composer" issue.

Correct, whether they were a national of those countries or otherwise associated with those countries' film industries (as in, we would directly associate and connect them to one of those countries' movie industries).
